Mesa, AZ to Page Springs, AZ
05 March		 US 60 leaving Mesa heading West was stop and go until we got to I-17 and this was on a Sunday morning.

We used I-17 and AZ 260 via Cottonwood to transit from Mesa to Page Springs. This section of I-17 has some grades on it that cause our motorhome to run with the tractor trailers.

Mingus Mountains in Cottonwood, AZ The Mingus Mountains are a backdrop for the Cottonwood area. This particular day they were covered with the snow from the day before.

As you drive North on AZ 89 from Cottonwood, you come around this curve and see the red hills of Sedona. It had snowed the previous night and the clouds were very low.AZ 89 Northbound into Sedona, AZ

Destination Campground

Sunrise Resorts Page Springs, AZ campground We had reservations at Sunrise of Arizona campground in Page Springs, AZ which is half way between Cottonwood and Sedona. This stream ran through the park but we were not fortunate enough to get a site that backed up to the stream.
